Voy promises to fulfil quick and effective testosterone blood test results. However, in the event we are unable to provide you with this service, you are entitled to your money back on your first initial testosterone blood test.

How to receive a refund

Within 90 days of ordering, customers are eligible for a refund on their first initial TRT testosterone blood test if either of the following criteria are met:

  • The test failed twice to provide results.
  • The test kit did not arrive on two attempts, with the correct address entered.

What happens next

To claim a refund, please email help@joinvoy.com back. Our team will investigate the matter and handle it accordingly.

What happens during your consultation

You’ll have an in-depth discussion with one of our TRT doctors so that they can design a personalised, sustainable protocol for you which results in real improvements. The consultation will cover the following topics.

1. Medical history and lifestyle
Your doctor will gain more insight into your condition, and suitable treatment options, by learning about your medical history and lifestyle.
2. Blood test results
Your doctor will talk you through the results of your enhanced blood test. Aside from your testosterone levels, there are other physiological factors at play that can influence the response of TRT. We take all this into consideration when creating your TRT plan.
3. Your symptoms
You’ll be able to discuss the symptoms you’re experiencing and how they’re affecting you.
4. Treatment options
Your doctor will discuss treatment options with you and design a personalised treatment plan that works specifically for you, including the right medication at just the right dose to suit your individual needs.

In cases where injections or topical treatments aren’t suitable, oral testosterone treatments might be prescribed. Testosterone monitoring tests

Regular monitoring is essential to ensure your treatment remains safe and effective. Your TRT doctor will check in with you at the 5-week mark, and further blood tests (now included free with your subscription) will be conducted at 3, 6, and 12 months. These tests allow your doctor to track your progress, identify any side effects, and make precise adjustments to your treatment plan. Our monitoring blood tests, normally £70, are now completely free as part of your plan.
